What You’ll Do
- Lead daily BOH operations: prep, line execution, sanitation, and closing
- Train, coach, and hold the kitchen team accountable
- Maintain recipes, portioning, quality standards, and plating consistency
- Manage ordering, inventory, pars, waste reduction, and food cost
- Support catering and event execution (timing, packaging, quality)
- 5+ years kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef lead/Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef)
- Strong line skills and systems mindset (prep lists, pars, station standards)
- Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, and inventory
- Calm leader, high standards, team-first attitude
- Nights/weekends availability
